They'd come back with high praise. That led me to local community festivals, where word-of-mouth took off — people always asked, "What seasoning do you use?" They were shocked to learn it was my own homemade recipe. So I started selling it. The rest is history. 25 years in business, and now beginning a new chapter with social media and a small takeout restaurant.
