To build a cultural corridors you would need to do the following:
First - have businesses on the corridor agree to be part of this branding effort.
Second - establish design standards for store facades, street signs, etc.
Third - work with the business to convert it into a cultural destination by integrating ethnic food, art, music, events, and a safe and welcoming environment.
Fourth - work with a local community development corporation to ensure all city rules and regulations are followed.
Fifth - apply for local funding resources to help with this effort.
